| Do we have a minimum charge? |
We have a minimum clearance charge which is our garage clearance price on our price list.
All our prices do have a mileage limit, we offer a free 30mile radius of our office in Swindon, If your mileage is higher than 30miles we just charge on a per mile basis. |

| what do we do with the items removed |
All the items that are cleared from the property are taken and recycled at our Store facility, where we dismantle items such as beds and sofas etc and we recover all items that are recyclable or re-use able. All bedding is donated this includes bedding and towels etc to local Animal santuarys and we donate all clothing, shoes etc to local charities such as N.S.P.C.C.
All children’s toys, games, puzzles etc are donated to children’s charities. |
House Clearance

Wait And Load
We can work with private and commercial customers who require us to have a on call service for when time is of the essence in property clearance.
Electrical (WEEE) Disposal
All electric equipment which we remove from property's are disposed in with accordance with regulations from the EU directive.
Fumigation, Trauma, Verminous
Our clients safety and our own workers safety is our priority, properties which need specialist treatment such as crime scene, drug related scene, life extinct premises are dealt with by using specialist equipment and techniques. We work with you and advise on the best action to be taken to deal with these.
Garden Clearance
Garden waste and out building clearances are undertaken by Clearance Express, we deal with all garden waste and can dismatle out buildings, sheds and garages.
Site Clearance
We can deal with estate clearance, factorys and housing estates and bring them to their formal state, we provide rubbish and weed clearance and can treat the area with weed killers.
Our Transport
Currently we have a SWB Transit for smaller jobs and LWB for large jobs we also have trailers and access to larger VANS
Daily And Weekly Collections
We are able to offer our customers Daily and weekly rubbish collections from your premises, this can include factories, shops, hotels etc
